BYD Birmingham South are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee / Product Specialist to join our growing team at our busy dealership in Birmingham South. Role and Responsibilities:
To assist customers throughout their vehicle purchasing journey, providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times.
Demonstrate and explain BYD vehicle features, technology and benefits, ensuring customers have a full understanding of the product range.
Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives and handovers to the highest standard.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of BYD products, electric vehicle technology and industry developments.
Support the sales team in achieving dealership targets and objectives.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries, both in person and through digital channels.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities using company systems.
Represent the BYD brand in a professional manner at all times.
Keep showroom displays and vehicle presentation standards at the highest level.
You must be smart in appearance, confident in communication and well organised.
