Responsibilities
- Own overall sales performance and revenue delivery across the team
- Lead, coach and develop a team of senior enterprise sales professionals
- Drive improvements in pipeline quality, conversion rates and forecasting accuracy
- Implement and embed structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC)
- Support high-value deal execution and complex negotiations
- Work closely with Customer Success to drive expansion and retention
- Partner with RevOps to improve processes, reporting and visibility
- Contribute to strategic planning and senior stakeholder engagement
