Care Home Assistant Full Time Day or Night Shifts

As a Care Home Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll carry out a range of tasks that help us provide the quality care our residents deserve. No two days will be the same as you take on diverse responsibilities across care, housekeeping and catering. If you find yourself drawn to one of the areas you work in, we’ll make sure you have the opportunity to progress there full-time. As a Care Home Assistant you’ll be a big presence in our home, so it’s important that you have excellent communication and team working skills and a positive, can-do approach. You’ll need some experience in care, housekeeping or catering, but we’ll provide all the training you need to thrive with us.
