Connect Appointments have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinato r to join our client's Stirling- based team on a full-time basis .

This position starts as temporary ongoing, leading to a permanent position for the right candidate.

We are seeking a first-class communicator with a strong focus on providing a great customer service and, the ability to deal with people at all levels in a professional and confident manner.

Your working hours will be based on the call centre:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 5pm

Paid at a rate of 12.71 per hour.

As a Customer Service Coordinator your main responsibilities are:

  • Answering calls and dealing with enquires within company agreed timescales
  • Assessing customers needs in an efficient and empathetic manner
  • Providing advice and solving problems over the telephone as necessary
  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaising with other departments via email and telephone
  • All general administration and ensuring company systems are kept up to date

Ideally as a Customer Service Coordinator you will have previous experience within a customer focused role.

Successful applicants for this Customer Service Coordinator role will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • A positive and professional telephone manner
  • Being well organised, with the ability to manage your workload

It is desirable for the successful Customer Service Coordinator to have a valid driving license and access to your own transport.
