Significant residential child care experience which evidences a good understanding of child and adolescent development, impact of Willingness and ability to register with the Scottish Social Services Council as a worker with supervisory responsibilities and to train to their required standard (HNC / SVQ Level III in Social Care, PDA in Medication, Leadership and Management Award) and to support those in the team to do the same. As such, an Overseas Criminal Record Check may be required depending on your nationality and recent residency history. You must not have lived or worked in any country outside of the UK or those listed above for a period of three months or more, while aged 18 years or over, within the past five years.
