A growing property cleaning company is looking for experienced Vacant Property Cleaners for ongoing residential assignments.
The work focuses on restoring empty homes after tenants leave, ensuring they are ready for new occupants.
Key responsibilities
Cleaning unoccupied rental properties
Kitchen and oven cleaning
Bathroom descaling and general sanitation
Cleaning windows, doors, skirting, and floors
Preparing properties for inspection handover
Work Schedule
Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours
Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours
Pay & Benefits
£15 per hour
£18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies
Paid travel time where applicable
Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)
Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant cleaning experience and be used to working to a professional standard in residential settings. This role suits self-employed cleaners who already have their own equipment and cleaning supplies, as well as reliable transport for travelling between jobs. Clear English communication is required.
