Family Fee Earner / Family Solicitor – Manchester – Up to £65,000nnAn opportunity for a Family Fee Earner, Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a large national law firm within their brand-new Family Law department in Manchester. Based in a stunning modern office in the heart of Spinningfields, this is a rare opportunity to join a growing team at the ground floor and play a key role in the development of the department.nnThe firm has an established national presence with offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for providing high-quality legal services.nnYou will handle caseload of privately funded family matters, with a particular focus on high-value divorce and financial remedy work. The quality of the work is exceptional, with many matters involving substantial assets, business interests, pensions and complex financial arrangements.nnThe Role:nYou will manage your own caseload and assist on all aspects of private family law matters including but not limited to:nDivorce and separation proceedingsnFinancial remedy mattersnHigh Value financial settlementsnCohabitation disputesnPre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreementsnPrivate children mattersnClient meetings and relationship managementnCourt applications and advocacy (where appropriate)nBusiness development and networkingnnThe ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience handling private family law matters. Applications are welcomed from experienced Family Fee Earners, Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives who are looking to progress their career within a growing national practice.
