It is also known for its people focused culture, commitment to career development and supportive working environment, making it an excellent place for an ambitious Family Solicitor to continue their career.nnAs a Family Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children disputes, cohabitation matters and pre nuptial agreements. This Family Solicitor role offers the opportunity to work alongside highly experienced specialists while maintaining responsibility for your own clients and contributing to the continued growth of the department.nnThe position offers hybrid working with time split between two London offices.nnThe successful Family Solicitor will have:nn• At least 3 years' PQE as a Family Solicitor or Family Lawyernn• Strong experience handling divorce, financial remedy and private children mattersnn• Experience advising on cohabitation disputes and pre nuptial agreementsnn• Resolution accreditation as a minimum, with Advanced Resolution or Law Society accreditations viewed favourablynn• Excellent client care and communication skillsnn• The ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working collaboratively within a successful teamnn• Business development skills or an interest in helping to grow an already thriving practicennThis Family Solicitor opportunity offers an excellent platform for career progression within one of London's leading family law teams.
