We’re working with a modern, forward-thinking law firm who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to come in and really make the role their own.nnThis is not just a “join and do the work” position, it’s a genuine opportunity to build and shape a department from the ground up, with full support from an ambitious and growing firm.nnWhat you’ll be doing

Running and developing the Employment offering within the firm

Handling a mix of respondent and claimant work

Building your own pipeline and actively helping to win new work

Developing client relationships and growing the department over time

What we’re looking for

An established Employment Solicitor (experience level flexible, but confident and capable)

Someone proactive with a genuine “go out and win work” mindset

Commercially aware and comfortable working with business clients

Enthusiastic, driven and keen to progress

Someone who enjoys autonomy and building something long-term
