Senior Product Manager – Fincrime Collective

Location: London, Cardiff or Remote within the UK with occasional meetings in London.

What you’ll be working on

  • Optimising Fincrime Investigation Workflows: reduce handling time while maintaining or improving decision accuracy, particularly for high‑effort tasks
  • Scaling Automation & AI‑first Solutions: drive toward 100% automation where human intervention is only required in complex cases or for customer experience
  • Enhancing Tooling for Customer Operations: reduce reliance on outside tools and improve usability by integrating workflows into BizOps
  • Improving Demand Forecasting & Workforce Planning: enhance forecasting to support central Workforce Management, optimizing capacity planning and scheduling for cost savings
  • Driving Cultural & Process Improvements: improve investigator incentives, skill‑leveling and training

Your day to day work

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements without compromising quality of decision or customer experience
  • Lead a cross‑functional squad across risk, engineering, data, machine learning and operations to deliver on the strategic product roadmap
  • Build new tooling or improve existing tooling to help Customer Operations teams improve their efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with the Ops Collective to improve forecasting and planning, ensuring the right people are at the right place at the right time
  • Act as the central point of execution for the strategy and vision to move toward building AI‑first solutions that accelerate risk reduction

You should apply if

  • Proven experience in product management, ideally within fintech or scale‑up companies, solving complex ambiguous problems in fast‑moving tech environments
  • Strong understanding of automation, AI‑driven tooling and operational efficiency improvements
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams, especially operational teams, to deliver impactful solutions
  • Ability to make decisions that balance speed versus accuracy while maintaining a seamless customer experience
  • A data‑driven mindset, with experience using insights to drive product decisions and measure success
  • Comfortable working on data‑led, complex technical products and collaborating with machine‑learning engineers
