Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders, define the problem space, pitch technical solutions and own them through to production.
- Identify reliability concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Pitch and deliver architectural improvements.
- Influence the roadmap toward technical excellence in software and data engineering.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering fundamentals applied within data engineering.
- Experience with data streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
- Autonomous and effective in a team setting.
- Experience working with non‑technical stakeholders, translating their needs to technical requirements for team‑wide delivery.
- Proficient professional verbal and written English.
