Head of Pricing, Decisioning & AI Credit Modeling

Liberis is seeking an individual to play a pivotal role in their Credit & Commercial Strategy team. You will be responsible for developing pricing and decisioning operations while managing a team of analysts. Your expertise will guide AI/ML engineers, contributing to scalable model requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling, experience in team management, and the ability to collaborate across product and engineering teams. A hybrid work approach, requiring at least 3 days in the office, is part of the job.
