Policy Director, Health & Care Regulation — Hybrid

The Training Brokers Ltd is seeking a Head of Policy to join our Policy Team. This role involves leading the Policy Team to shape and communicate the PSA’s policy positions in health and social care regulation.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience and the ability to influence effectively across stakeholder groups. The position operates under a hybrid policy, requiring office attendance initially three days a week, reducing to two thereafter.
