Head of Private Client

My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Luton, seeking an experienced Head of Private Client to lead and develop its successful department.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing the Private Client team, providing supervision, mentoring and ongoing support.
• Managing a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estate Planning and Inheritance Tax matters.
• Playing a key role in the continued growth of the department through business development and networking.
• Delivering an exceptional level of client service whilst maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.

Qualifications

• 4 years’ + PQE within Private Client.
• Strong technical knowledge across all areas of Private Client law.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience, or the ambition to progress into a leadership role.
• Excellent communication, client care and business development skills.
