We are working with a top-tier international law firm based in Belfast for an Associate to join their Tech & Cyber Disputes team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a specialist Cyber and Data Risk team advising insurers, corporate clients and organisations across a broad range of sectors on cyber incidents, data breaches and technology-related disputes. The role involves supporting clients through the full lifecycle of cyber incidents, including ransomware attacks, business email compromise events, data breaches and other cybersecurity crises.
The position also includes advising on regulatory investigations, data protection compliance, breach notification requirements, incident response strategies and cyber-related claims.
- 0-3 years’ PQE;
- Tech disputes experience desirable but not essential;
- Strong academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Willingness to become involved in business development;
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
