Head of Education – SEND Specialist (Post-16)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Head of Education for a specialist post-16 SEND provision in Somerset. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership focused on improving educational outcomes for learners with disabilities.

You will work closely with the Principal to ensure high quality education and implement an inclusive curriculum that prepares students for adulthood and employment.

This permanent, full-time position offers a salary range of £57,127 – £64,691 based on leadership scale.
