Workday Test Manager
Contract until December 2026
£500–£700 per day DOE (Inside IR35)
Location: London or Manchester (Hybrid with remote flexibility)
Overview
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, technology‑led organisation undertaking a significant Workday programme, and are looking to appoint an experienced Workday Test Manager to support delivery through to the end of 2026.
This is a key role within the People function, reporting into the Head of Digital People Experience, with responsibility for ensuring high‑quality testing across Workday initiatives.
The Role
As Workday Test Manager, you will take ownership of testing across ongoing Workday activity, ensuring robust quality assurance and successful delivery.
You’ll work closely with both technical and functional stakeholders across the business, initially focused on the HCM module, with broader exposure across the Workday ecosystem.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Test Manager within Workday environments
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM (essential)
- Exposure to Payroll (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to operate across a complex stakeholder landscape within a transformation programme
- Experience managing testing in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
