Senior Site Manager

I’m currently working with a well established house builder that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to join its team due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a large housing development, leading the site team from start to finish while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and programme delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a new build housing development.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Deliver projects safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain excellent health & safety performance across site.
• Coordinate with commercial, technical and customer care departments.
• Ensure build quality and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager or a highly experienced Site Manager within house building.
• Proven track record delivering new build housing developments.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and First Aid at Work.
• NHBC knowledge would be advantageous.
