Professional Construction Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager for a project converting an existing building into 6 high spec apartments in Falmouth, Cornwall. The successful candidate will manage the project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
Applicants must have a background in managing conversion projects and experience in delivering high spec residential projects. An up to date certification is required. This contract is expected to last at least 6 months.
