About the Role

Trinity House Group is partnering exclusively with a FTSE-listed business to appoint a Senior Manager – Accounting & Advisory into their International Finance Function. This is a newly created, high-impact position at the heart of a growing Accounting & Advisory team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring international financial outputs are aligned with Group policy under IFRS and US GAAP, while fielding technical queries from across Operations, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury and Group Reporting
  • Translating complex accounting challenges into practical, compliant solutions in partnership with regional finance teams
  • Supporting M&A activity end-to-end — from structuring and due diligence through to integration and reporting — working closely with Strategy & Development and Tax
  • Overseeing group reporting, local statutory audits and the ongoing streamlining of reporting processes across divisions
  • Leading external audit coordination alongside Internal Control, Risk and Finance; driving system-based monitoring of reporting deadlines
  • Pioneering process improvements, delivering training and shaping policy — building strong relationships across diverse functions and regions

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills — able to distil complexity for any audience, from regional finance teams to C-suite
  • Commercial mindset with a practical, solutions-first approach
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and the ability to build trust quickly at senior level
  • Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable operating in ambiguity

Your Background

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent)
  • Solid grounding in financial accounting, IFRS and ideally US GAAP
  • Hands-on experience with acquisition and divestment accounting
  • Proven ability to influence international, senior-level stakeholders
  • Confident writing technical accounting memos and adapting your style to your audience
