Overview
Allianz is expanding its Multinational MidCorp offering to meet the growing demand from our international client base and their cross‑border needs. We are seeking an experienced Senior Multinational Underwriter in Property and Casualty to join us on this journey. The role will contribute to the development of our offer, drive key client relationships, and support the delivery of KPI targets.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Senior Authority holder focused on winning and retaining large and complex business.
- Provide excellent service to customers and develop business relationships with key clients.
- Build and develop successful relationships with brokers and end customers, being visible in the local market.
- Achieve agreed financial and operational performance targets.
- Support and guide lower‑license colleagues, sign off referrals, and work on quality assurance.
- Collaborate strongly across departments to achieve company goals in service delivery.
Essential Skills
- Outstanding technical underwriting skills in commercial property and casualty lines.
- Proven track record of handling large and/or complex multinational risks.
- Capability to leverage data and analytics.
- Excellent trading skills and confident negotiation ability, with a strong aptitude for building and maintaining relationships.
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
