The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to the highest clinical standards.
- Provide expert advice on vision correction options, including refractive surgery and premium lenses.
- Work collaboratively with the wider clinical and retail team to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
- Drive commercial success by promoting Optical Express services and products ethically and effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Fully qualified Optometrist with at least 5 years post‑registration experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, patient‑focused approach with a commitment to continuous professional development.
