Nursery Room Leader – Inspire Young Minds

The Old Station Nursery Group in Bromsgrove is seeking an enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to guide and inspire our team in providing exceptional early years care and education. The successful candidate will mentor staff, build strong relationships with families, and oversee nursery operations in the absence of the Nursery Manager.

Applicants should possess a Level 3 Early Years qualification or QTS. This role offers a competitive salary of £29,016 per annum for 40 hours a week, with various attractive perks including discounts on childcare and 31 days of holiday.
