Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including MSAs, SAs, NDAs, SOWs, SaaS Agreements, and other commercial contracts.
Support ongoing and prospective litigation efforts in coordination with panel advocates.
Prepare and respond to legal notices on behalf of the company.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and government bodies to address compliance matters and inquiries.
Advise internal departments (Sales, Product, Lending) on legal risks and support conflict resolution using legal best practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Exposure to corporate legal functions, especially in contract drafting and management.
Familiarity with litigation procedures, particularly in local and High Courts of Odisha.
Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptable and legally sound in corporate and court-related matters.
