Your new firm
Our client is a Big 4 powerhouse with a market-leading reputation in Corporate Tax. Working across some of the largest international businesses, you’ll be part of a high-profile, collaborative team at the forefront of changes in tax legislation, reporting, and advisory services. This is an opportunity to build deep relationships with senior tax and finance leaders across multiple industries, while managing and delivering complex projects that shape the future of international tax.
Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will take a lead role in managing client relationships, delivering advisory projects, and coaching junior members of the team. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on transactions, restructuring, tax audits, and multinational compliance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main client contact across your portfolio
- Lead delivery of advisory projects, including transactions, restructuring, and M&A
- Manage compliance and reporting processes across multinational organisations
- Oversee international tax projects, including Pillar II, transfer pricing, and cross-border planning
- Coach and mentor junior team members, supporting their development
- Work with overseas teams to deliver global tax solutions
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified with strong Corporate Tax background
- Experience managing client portfolios and delivering advisory projects
- Strong knowledge of UK and international corporate tax legislation
- Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage diverse teams and deliver against multiple deadlines
