Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits and process reviews on active projects to ensure compliance with quality plans and ISO 9001 standards.
- Monitor project activities to identify and document non-conformances, deviations, and potential risks, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for project non-conformances and customer complaints, driving effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and implement project‑specific Quality Management Plans that align with customer requirements and company standards.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance reports to project management and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for all quality‑related matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a quality management role, ideally within a project‑based or engineering environment.
- Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9001 Internal or Lead Auditor.
- Strong command of quality methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001, along with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience working with quality management systems (QMS) and a commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
