Governance Clerk (Part-Time) – Home-Based with Evening Meetings

Kirklees Metropolitan Council is recruiting two part-time Clerks to Governors. The role involves advising school boards, attending meetings, and managing documentation while offering a flexible working opportunity.

The posts come with 13.5 and 12 contracted hours weekly, mainly home-based with evening responsibilities. Candidates must have a degree, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of governance.

Salary ranges from £28,598 to £31,022, and the contract is fixed-term from September 2026 to August 2027.
