The company delivers projects up to £19 million, primarily focusing on affordable housing and residential projects, with some commercial work as well.

Responsibilities

• Meeting the estimating requirements of designated projects.
• Collaborating closely with contracts management to ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
• Presenting bids based on site data.
• Re‑negotiating pricing for equipment or materials as necessary.
• Ensuring financial accuracy of designated tenders.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Working with the Chief Estimator to enhance processes and procedures.
• Preparing procurement packages for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring competitive and accurate quotes.
• Supporting clients with budgeting and pursuing negotiated and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven work‑winning experience in new build affordable housing.
• Experience with projects up to £19 million, primarily focusing on affordable housing and residential projects.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with suppliers and subcontractors.
