This landmark facility will incorporate world-class enterprise infrastructure, modern workplace technologies, advanced collaboration solutions, physical security and next-generation networking.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Project Manager to represent the Global Enterprise Infrastructure team throughout the design, construction and technology fit‑out phases of the project. This is a strategic leadership role rather than a hands‑on technical position. The successful candidate will act as the primary technology representative between the business, architects, construction partners, consultants and technology vendors, ensuring that infrastructure requirements are incorporated into the building from the earliest stages of design. The role requires an individual with executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management skills and sufficient technical knowledge to identify risks, dependencies and programme impacts while coordinating specialist engineering teams.

  • Represent the Global Enterprise Infrastructure team throughout the building design and construction programme.
  • Act as the technology lead during meetings with architects, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
  • Produce executive‑level programme reports, dashboards and steering committee updates.
  • Identify programme risks, dependencies, blockers and mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate multiple technology workstreams and ensure alignment with construction milestones.
  • Facilitate collaboration across global infrastructure, security and workplace technology teams.
  • Review proposed design changes and assess technology impacts.
  • Ensure agreed technology standards and architecture are incorporated into the building design.
  • Support budget planning, project scheduling and governance activities.
  • Align internal technical SMEs with project milestones and design reviews.

The successful candidate is not expected to be a Subject Matter Expert, but should possess a strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure and be capable of recognising technical risks, coordinating specialist teams and engaging confidently with technical stakeholders. Broad awareness across the following areas is desirable:

  • Building technology, structured cabling, low‑voltage and fibre infrastructure
  • Enterprise networking (including Arista and SMPTE 2110 awareness)
  • Physical security and access control
  • Cyber security, identity management and enterprise security platforms

  • AWS and cloud services
  • Collaboration and end‑user technologies
  • Advanced audio visual and meeting room solutions
  • WAN technologies including Cloudflare and Akamai

The successful candidate will typically possess:

  • Experience working alongside major construction, headquarters relocation or corporate fit‑out projects.
  • Proven ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders.
  • Strong governance, reporting, budgeting and risk management experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and external delivery partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Experience within global enterprises, media, entertainment, sports, financial services or other important environments would be highly advantageous.

We are looking for a confident and proactive leader who demonstrates:

  • Executive presence and credibility
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisational and planning ability
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills
  • Calm and decisive decision making under pressure
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining strong cooperative relationships
