National Field Operations Manager
Are you a visionary strategist ready to lead a national team to success? Powerforce is looking for a National Field Operations Manager to take full accountability for our field operations and standards. You will be the driving force behind our partnership vision, ensuring we hit every target.
The Role
- Strategic Leadership: Define the national direction of the sales team, using data‑driven insights to propose new initiatives and drive value.
- Performance Management: Measure team performance against targets and develop turn‑around strategies for any areas of underperformance.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the client’s strategy is communicated and brought to life within the team.
- Operational Excellence: Implement consistent, best‑in‑class operational processes and ensure standard operating systems are embedded across the account.
- People Development: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of managers, creating a culture of recognition and developing training schedules to suit individual needs.
- Proven People Leader: A track record of successful people management and a proven ability to increase field productivity.
- Stakeholder Expert: Experience in developing and managing relationships with national‑level client stakeholders.
- Confident Communicator: Strong presentation skills with experience delivering clear, action‑oriented messages to large, key customer groups.
- Commercial Mindset: Advanced commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data, reporting, and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
