Lithium3 are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the delivery of a strategic global ERP implementation focused on international trade, customs compliance, logistics, and cross-border business processes.
3 days per week onsite in Yeovil.
The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the project, ensuring delivery to scope, budget, quality, and timeline. Working with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and third-party vendors, you will drive the successful deployment of a business-critical solution that supports global trade operations and regulatory compliance.
This is a high-profile role requiring strong ERP delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of managing complex, multi-country transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a global ERP implementation project.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal business teams, technical resources, implementation partners, and third-party vendors.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and quality standards are achieved.
- Drive effective stakeholder engagement across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Compliance functions.
- Oversee requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Manage change requests and project scope through formal governance processes.
- Ensure appropriate project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project risk mitigation and issue resolution activities.
- Support organisational change management, communications, and business readiness activities.
- Coordinate system integration, data migration, testing, training, and cutover planning.
- Manage project budgets and vendor contracts where applicable.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex business transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Sales.
- Experience delivering projects involving international trade, customs operations, import/export processes, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, timelines, and third-party suppliers.
- Excellent risk, issue, dependency, and change management skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior business leaders and drive decision‑making.
