Remote Para Athletics Talent Pathway Lead

England Athletics is seeking a Para Athletics Talent Officer to lead the recruitment of para athletes into its Talent Pathway. The role requires collaboration with clubs to create inclusive environments and the implementation of the Frame Running strategy.

The successful candidate will need a relevant degree or significant experience in disability sport, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. This is a permanent position with a salary of £30,000 per annum.
