About The Role

The People and Culture Directorate of NHS Tayside is recruiting a Project Support Officer to advance a planned programme of work. As Project Support Officer, you will provide high‑quality administrative and project support across a range of EDI programmes, projects, and workstreams. You will work closely with the Programme Manager and the wider Corporate Equalities team to coordinate projects, track milestones, manage meetings, and maintain high‑standard documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide project and administrative support across EDI projects and programmes.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and engagement events, including the preparation of agendas, papers, minutes, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain project and programme documentation, action trackers, risk logs, and monitoring information.
  • Support data collection, reporting, and analysis activity.
  • Support stakeholder engagement across NHS Tayside and relevant external bodies.
  • Monitor project timelines and appropriately elevate issues or risks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and effective team working across the department.

Placement Details

Duration: 6 months

Hours of Work: 36 hours per week

Location: Kings Cross Hospital, Bowel Screening Building, Clepington Road, Dundee, DD3 8EA

Current NHS Tayside employees: Written approval must be sought from the line manager prior to applying for this secondment. Bring the approval to the interview if shortlisted.
