We’re looking for a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to join our Pre Construction team based in Solihull, West Midlands. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you will work within the Pre Construction Team, supporting them in winning and delivering outstanding projects across multiple sectors. Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing pre-construction staff and overseeing project delivery from inception to contract award
- Leading the design process, cost planning, and estimating to meet client requirements
- Engaging with the business development team to identify opportunities and create winning tender submissions
- Managing stakeholder relationships, including clients, design teams, and supply chain partners
- Identifying risks and opportunities while implementing our sustainability strategy to optimise design solutions

- You possess excellent understanding of the pre-construction process and can translate client requirements into outstanding solutions
- You have a strong track record of winning work across multiple sectors, including public and private
