Site Operations Manager

About The Job We have an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to step into a Site Operations Manager role, supporting our new East Midlands Distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Logistics Operations Manager and lead the implementation and management of the new operational site.
• Oversee multi-faceted operations and a variety of processes within the site.
• Manage the operations within a defined budget and control costs.
• Review goals and targets of operations to meet current and future needs of Games Workshop.
• Use extensive knowledge of fast-paced distribution and fulfilment operations to improve business processes.
• Build and lead a team, providing support and assurance while holding functional areas to account.
• Ensure the team has the skills required to deliver, through investment in people and training, and achieve all agreed Service Level Agreements internally and externally.
• Lead by example, inspiring direct reports to facilitate the delivery of operational plans and priorities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence and communicate clearly at all levels.
• Strong computer skills including Google Suite and Excel.
• Positive approach to all aspects of the business.
• Experience in fast-paced distribution and fulfilment operations (implied).
