Overview

Amazon’s EU ATS Amazon Managed Planning Team develop and implement scalable solutions for Amazon to manage its middle mile network. Our team’s goal is to ensure the highest accuracy of Amazon Managed loads, maximize planning efficiency, and achieve line‑haul savings. The team plans capacity for the entire EU network and the UK, building cost‑optimal solutions that serve the whole network. In this role you will improve existing processes and challenge the status quo by diving deep into performance data, understanding planning processes on a broader scale, and collaborating with multiple teams across Amazon from operational teams fulfilling customer orders to program teams and everything in between.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an existing Amazon Managed planning process with a defined roadmap.
  • Deliver complex projects aligned with the planning team’s vision of quality, automation, and scalability.
  • Streamline existing processes and identify solutions for internal customers.
  • Solve complex operational problems related to constraints, demand, and supply.

Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related technical or quantitative field.
  • Experience working in an analytical environment with cross‑functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
