We’re supporting a rapidly growing global packaging and artwork management business that works with some of Europe’s biggest grocery retailers and FMCG brands.
Following significant growth and investment across Europe, the business is expanding its UK operation and looking for an experienced Senior Packaging Project Manager to take ownership of a major retail account whilst helping to build and develop a new team around them.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be leading complex packaging and artwork projects, managing key client relationships and playing a central role in the next phase of the company’s growth.
The Opportunity
- Lead a major European retail account
- Manage large‑scale packaging and artwork programmes
- Oversee product portfolios containing hundreds of SKUs
- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
- Help shape and develop a growing project management team
- Work alongside international teams supporting retailers across Europe
- Play a key role in the company’s continued expansion
We’re looking for experience in:
- Brand Implementation
We’re particularly interested in speaking with candidates currently working for:
Retailers
- Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrisons, Asda or similar.
Packaging, artwork and compliance organisations
SGS, Intertek, BSI, Brandbank, Trace One, IPL, Blue Spark, Chesapeake, MCC, or similar packaging, artwork and compliance organisations.
FMCG Brands
Food, beverage, personal care, household or consumer goods manufacturers managing packaging and artwork projects.
Languages such as Dutch, French or German would be a real advantage given the company’s European growth plans, but they are by no means essential.
Location
The company offers a flexible approach to location and is open to candidates across the UK. Whilst there will be occasional travel, the focus is on finding the right person rather than the nearest postcode.
