Agile Delivery Lead
LSE’s Data and Technology Services division provides services to over 10,000 staff and student users. The Agile Delivery Lead will be part of the Project Delivery team responsible for the design and implementation of high‑quality solutions. Working within a Product team, the role facilitates smooth product delivery using agile principles and methodologies, leveraging agile, lean and coaching experience to help the team continuously improve, develop and use metrics to drive progress, and identify improvement areas.
Salary
£53,949 to £62,160 per annum, inclusive of London allowance, with potential to progress to £69,073 per annum.
Responsibilities
The role keeps the team on track, removes impediments, and ensures that products meet required outcomes, standards and requirements.
Candidates Should Have
- Previous experience in an agile delivery role (e.g. Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Project Manager, Product Owner)
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience working in low‑maturity Agile environments and improving maturity over time
- Strong technical background, ideally in systems integration or related areas
