Student Wellbeing & Behavior Manager

Marple Hall is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to support students’ learning and behaviour. This permanent role involves working closely with students, parents, and outside agencies to foster a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will be part of a robust pastoral team, emphasizing high expectations and clear boundaries.

The position requires 37 hours per week during term time and offers a salary range of £26,106 to £28,319. Successful applicants will be part of the Helix Academies Trust and must complete a DBS check.
