  • Conductandoverseein showroomandhomeconsultations, ensuringquotationsareaccurateandtailoredtoeachcustomerandsite.
  • Guaranteetransparent,precisequotationsthatalignwithpost-surveyordersandavoidvariationsordisputes.
  • Buildandmaintainstrongproductandtechnicalexpertiseacrossthe team,includingbuildingregulationsandperformancestandards.
  • Monitorperformancedataanddeliverweeklysalesandactivityreportingwithactionableinsight.
  • PartnercloselywithOperationsandInstallationtoensureseamlessprojectdelivery from saletoaftercare.
  • Captureandanalysecustomerfeedbacktocontinuallyenhanceservice levels.
