Worcester Students’ Union is seeking a Head of Student Engagement to provide strategic leadership in engaging students and enhancing their experience. The role involves leading a dedicated team responsible for student voice, academic representation, and student activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education or similar organizations and a strong passion for student engagement. We offer a salary between £40,000 and £44,000, with opportunities for impactful development within the organization.
