Job Description

In this position, you will play a key role within our Business Travel team specializing in Immigration for short‑term travel. You will provide expert guidance, immigration‑related support, and client engagement management to optimize our clients’ business travel experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients with employees on business trips, offering exceptional service and support.
  • Communicate regularly with clients to update them on the progress of trip assessments, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster long‑term partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Serve as the Immigration specialist for business travel related matters, ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the product team to ensure the immigration content in the platform is technically sound and up to date.
  • Conduct complex assessments and provide guidance on visas, work permits, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement immigration strategies for business travel, minimizing liabilities for both the company and the employee.
  • Stay updated on international immigration laws and regulations, offering insights and recommendations based on changing landscapes.
  • Provide expert advice to support business trip planning and execution.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client base by understanding their evolving needs.
  • Work to expand the client portfolio and nurture existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential growth areas and opportunities.

Key Projects and Workstreams

  • Business traveller technology implementations.
  • Business traveller data analysis.
  • Business traveller governance support, including process mapping and policy drafting.
  • Supporting all aspects of business development for our travel offering (creating thought leadership and marketing materials, managing formal proposal processes, managing client demonstrations).
  • Supporting Business Traveller Services leadership as we continue to execute our growth strategy.
