Small care home Suppleo Healthcare is working with a national care provider and is looking for a care manager to run a nursing home offering support to dementia and eldercare.

Ideal Candidate

Senior care assistant with experience running a larger nursing home and looking for a step into leadership and management.

The role works Monday to Friday, supernumerary only. You will need to cover the floor as needed and step in for management from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front guiding newly qualified care staff.
• Cover the floor as and when needed.
• Step in for management from time to time.
• Care plan management and clinical auditing.
• Assessments and staff recruitment.

Qualifications

• Senior care assistant experience, preferably having run a larger nursing home.
• Leadership and management skills.
