Care Leavers Mentoring & Pathways Coordinator

Herts Legal Service – Hertfordshire County Council is seeking a SfYP Project Officer to develop a new life and work mentoring programme for Care Leavers aged 18–25. This unique role involves coordinating supportive relationships with mentors from various backgrounds, enabling young people to navigate their paths into employment and education.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Care Leavers, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be passionate about improving outcomes. This is a fixed-term position until 31st March 2028 based in Stevenage.
