Requirements

- You have good Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
- You bring a proactive, inquisitive and solutions-focused approach with a desire to continuously improve services.
- Energy industry experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
Responsibilities
- We lead and develop a team of Bureau Data Analysts to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- We manage team performance, workload planning and delivery against service standards and deadlines.
- We support colleagues through coaching, mentoring and ongoing development conversations.
- We ensure reporting outputs meet high standards of quality, consistency and accuracy.
- We challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to improve services and customer outcomes.
- We develop new service opportunities that add value for existing and future customers.
- We manage escalations and support the resolution of complex operational challenges.
- We provide performance reporting and insight to support decision making and future service development.
