Senior Digital Delivery Manager

We are seeking a Senior Digital Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, integrated digital solutions and drive transformation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring outcomes are achieved across scope, time, cost, and quality.
  • Lead and coordinate delivery across a complex matrix structure, working with product, engineering, architecture, and external partners.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for integrated delivery across systems, platforms, and suppliers.
  • Line‑manage and develop a team of Digital Delivery Managers, balancing leadership with hands‑on delivery (80% delivery, 20% line management).
  • Play a key role in transformation activity, supporting strategic change and acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Significant experience leading complex digital delivery across projects, products, and technical environments.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, influencing without direct authority.
  • Strong line‑management experience, with a passion for developing and supporting colleagues.
  • Delivery‑first mindset with energy, drive, and the ability to stay “on it” in high‑pressure environments.
  • Experience contributing to digital transformation programmes, with exposure to bidding or pre‑sales as a bonus.
  • Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and right‑hand partner.
  • SC clearance (or the ability to achieve it) may be required for this role.
