Remote Crisis Services Manager – Lead Clinical Team

Fire Fighters Charity is seeking a Crisis Services Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for its crisis support services. This leadership role is key in ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals experiencing acute emotional distress.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 6/7 qualification in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Psychology, or a related discipline, along with substantial experience in crisis services. You will guide a skilled team of clinicians and act as a safeguarding lead while fostering a culture of improvement.

This fully remote role requires occasional national travel, and participation in an on-call rota, contributing to meaningful support for the fire services community.
