Requirements
- ServiceNow Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar experience
- Good working knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD
- CIS HRSD certification
- Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
- Confidence working with HR stakeholders, technical teams and delivery teams
- A solid understanding of HR operations and the employee lifecycle
- Experience on a larger ServiceNow programme or on several smaller end-to-end deployments
- CSA, CIS ITSM, Agile, SAFe or project delivery experience would be useful
Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR teams to understand challenges and translate them into clear requirements, user stories and practical outcomes
- Run workshops and map processes
- Shape requirements and support playbacks
- Work with technical teams to ensure the solution addresses the business problem
- Contribute across the delivery lifecycle, including discovery, design, testing, rollout, change activity and hypercare
- Support proposals, RFPs and client presentations
- Help bridge early sales conversations into delivery

We are growing our ServiceNow HR capability and are looking for a Business Analyst with HRSD experience who enjoys the people and process side of ServiceNow. This is a hybrid role based UK-wide with monthly travel plus client travel, offering up to £75k plus bonus. The position is not hands‑on development; instead, you will work closely with HR teams and delivery stakeholders, with exposure to consulting activities, client presentations, proposals and RFPs.
