Delivery Manager – Digital Transformation

Salary: £70,000 – 80,000 per year

Requirements

• Experience delivering technology or digital transformation programmes
• Confidence leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments
• Experience delivering into UK Government or the wider public sector is ideally required
• Understanding of the pace, governance and expectations of government and public sector environments
• Ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to create the conditions for teams to succeed

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex digital programmes
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Manage risks, dependencies and delivery plans
• Support Agile teams to deliver high quality outcomes
• Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement
• Work closely with Product Managers, Architects and Engineering teams
• Help shape successful delivery across multiple client engagements
