Overview

At PepsiCo UK, we are transforming how we drive growth through data, advanced analytics, and best-in-class Revenue Growth Management (RGM) capabilities. RGM 3.0 is a critical enabler of this journey—empowering smarter, faster, and more holistic commercial decision‑making.

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the adoption, embedment, and value realization of RGM 3.0 across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM. This role sits at the heart of our transformation, ensuring advanced decision science is translated into clear business actions that deliver measurable impact.

You will play a key role in building long‑term organisational capability, embedding RGM thinking into core processes, and bridging the gap between analytics and business outcomes to unlock sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Drive RGM Transformation

  • Lead the enterprise‑wide adoption and embedment of RGM 3.0, driving successful integration of next‑gen capabilities across the commercial organisation.
  • Act as a change leader and strategic business partner, fostering engagement among sales, commercial, and category teams to maximise utilisation and business impact.
  • Leverage strong organisational influence and stakeholder management skills to translate advanced analytics into practical, value‑creating decisions across promotional planning and execution excellence.
  • Champion capability building, user adoption, and continuous improvement to ensure RGM 3.0 becomes an integral part of commercial planning and decision‑making processes.
  • Track adoption and lead value realisation and performance reporting to Senior Leadership.

Build RGM Capability

  • Strengthen RGM capabilities, ways of working, and learning programmes across the organisation.
  • Establish robust capability assessment frameworks to evaluate RGM maturity, identify skill gaps, and prioritise development opportunities.
  • Partner with International RGM and Global S&T teams to drive capability development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • 8–12+ years of experience in FMCG or related industries.
  • Experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Commercial Strategy, Consulting, or similar commercial functions with a good understanding of RGM foundations, processes, tools, and ways of working.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, and commercial decision‑making.
  • Ability to influence and lead change, build capability and adoption across teams and functions.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of FMCG and RGM principles.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑functional transformation initiatives.

Success Measures

  • Successful adoption and embedment of RGM 3.0 into key operational processes across the UK business.
  • Clear and measurable value creation (revenue, profit, and efficiency improvements) driven by RGM 3.0.
  • Strong partnership and integration with Global S&T and International RGM teams to lead continuous feedback and improvement of toolkit.
  • Establishment of PepsiCo UK as a best‑in‑class market for end‑to‑end RGM capability.
  • High levels of engagement, capability, and confidence across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and RGM teams.
